Ltd. ("i4TECH"). BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.
i4TECH reserves the right, at its sole discrete, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, i4TECH grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

i4TECH does not guarantee that the website or any of its content, services, or features will be free from errors, interruptions, or defects, or that any issues will be corrected. The website and its content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. If i4TECH pursues legal action against you due to your violation of these Terms of Use, we will be entitled to recover from you all reasonable legal fees and associated costs, in addition to any other remedies granted to us. You agree that i4TECH will not be liable to you or any third party for the termination of your access to the Site resulting from such violations.
You agree that al matters relating to your access to or use of the Site, including all disputes, claim or controversy will be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for the resolution of any such dispute, claim, or controversy and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue. Any claim under these Terms of Use must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or such claim or cause of action is barred. In the event of any controversy or dispute between i4TECH and you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, the parties shall attempt, promptly and in good faith, to resolve any such dispute. If we are unable to resolve any such dispute within a reasonable time (not to exceed thirty (30) days), then either party may submit such controversy or dispute to mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, then the parties shall be free to pursue any right or remedy available to them under applicable law.

i4TECH is committed to delivering high-quality solutions while respecting the privacy of individuals. Only the personal data necessary for legitimate business purposes is collected. The type and scope of personal data collected depend on the nature of an individual’s interaction with i4TECH.
When visiting our external and internal websites, we may process the following categories of personal data:
• Contact information, such as name, email address, telephone number, and physical address or other contact information;
• Personal information, such as date-of-birth, age, language, job position, company name
• Device information, such as device serial number, type of device, hardware model, browser type, operating system, internet service provider, mobile carrier, language preference, IP address (or proxy server), or user identifier;
• Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, Linkedin, or other social media account.
• Usage Data information, such as your behavior on our website including browsing history, search history, pages interaction, information on your operating system, sites and services accessed during your visit, the date and time of each visitor request;
• Form-filling Information such as your preferred offering, promotion, your recent saved event, online webinar registration as part of a support request, survey, comment or forum post;
• Location information, We collect location data such as information about device’s location to support services for region-specific services, which can be either precise or imprecise. How much information we collect depends on the type and settings of the device you use to access the services. For example, we may use GPS and other technologies to collect geolocation data that tells us your current location (based on your IP address). You can opt out of allowing us to collect this information either by refusing access to the information or by disabling your location setting on your device.

Analytics. i4TECH process your personal data only when we have a valid legal basis to do so and for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our services, including;

i4TECH retains personal data only for so long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including as described in this Privacy Notice. We may post customer testimonials and comments on our Websites, which may contain Personal Information. We obtain each customer’s consent via email prior to posting the customer’s name and testimonial.
i4TECH only share your personal data as described below:
•Affiliated Companies and sales partners
For the purpose of and to the extent necessary to conduct our business relationship with you, we may share your personal data with affiliates and other third parties (e.g., sales/marketing partners and agents). We, for example, sell certain products and services only via local business relationships and in this case, we may transfer your personal data to our respective local affiliates or other sales partners conducting the business relationship with you.
•Service Providers
We employ affiliates and other companies to perform functions on our behalf, such as IT-services, training, implementation and certification partners, data storage and marketing vendors, software providers, and credit card payment processing partners. These affiliates and other companies process personal data only for the purpose of such services and we contractually require our service providers to provide protection for your personal information.

i4TECH and our third party partners, such as our advertising and analytics partners, use various technologies, including from third-party partners such as Google, to collect Internet or other similar network activity (Internet Information and Inferences) for better understanding of user behavior. For example, when you navigate through our Websites we, or an authorized third party, may place a cookie on your device to collect information. We use both session-based and persistent cookies on our websites. Session-based cookies exist during a single session and disappear when you close your browser or turn off your device. Persistent cookies remain on your device even after you close your browser or turn off your device. We also use other forms of other technologies such as

Our Websites include Social Media Features, such as the Linkedin Like button and Widgets, such as the “Share This” button or interactive mini-programs that run on our sites. i4TECH understands the importance of safeguarding the personal data of children, which we consider to be an individual under the age of 18 or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old and registered to use the Websites, you can ask us to remove any content or information you have posted on the Websites. To make a request, email us at the email address set out in “Contact Us” section with “Under 18 Content Removal Request” in the subject line, and tell us what you want removed.
